Job Description

We are a custom clothing company that started right here in Utah. We specialize in custom-tailored casual and dress clothing for both men and women. Every piece of clothing we sell is made-to-fit! We are in need of experienced sales associates for our University Mall (Orem) location that can positively impact our reputation and sales. As a fashion consultant, you will be responsible for the following: Engage, educate, and assist our clients in designing custom menswear. Be enthusiastic about our brand and always be promoting going "custom" Demonstrate the benefits of custom clothing by showing off your own Formed Fit apparel, promoting our brand, and sharing your experiences on social media. Guide the client through the design process, which entails fabric selection, customization, and essentials (socks/ties/cuff-links/belts) Accurately measure clients for custom clothing and assist them throughout the design process. Correctly input orders in the system and collect payment Manage daily tasks of greeting customers, cleaning, preparing suits for pick-up, and expanding knowledge of custom clothing to the general public. Report to shifts on-time and adhere to a weekly schedule based around mall hours (10am - 9pm Mon-Sat)


18 years or older High school graduate Some computer literacy preferred. (using MS office/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter etc) Some Point of Sale cash register experience preferred Be able to assist potential clients in designing appealing clothing and have an eye for fashion. (We will train you in this area too) Be willing to learn how to measure clients in Centimeters (this skill will be on-the-job training) A clean history of honesty and trustworthiness with cash handling and inventory. A current resume and previous job references are highly preferred. Retail, Door to door, or fashion experience is a huge plus Pay is D.O.E but will include hourly pay plus commission, with the potential to earn an equivalent of $40/hour.
